Using libraries is permitted, but you must not use substantial amounts of code that you did not write during the hackathon. We reserve the right to disqualify submissions that we have deemed to be cheated in this sense, or have otherwise been determined to be illegitimate.

Teams may be comprised of no more than 4 people.
